Do <= 140 character emails mean you’re pissed?

I guess it’s just part of this day and age when much of the daily communication is constrained to 140 characters or less, that when imposing a constraint on a medium where a limit does not exist, you run the risk of altering the perceived tone of that message. Especially when the recipient is not used to not having a lot of lines to read between. At least I wasn’t using “teeneee speakee”.
